PRIVACY & DATA USE · 9 OCTOBER 2026

Thoughtful about your data.

This notice covers the public Learnli Studio website and the current local integration being developed for the owner of the Learnli Etsy shop.

Public website

This website is informational. It has no account registration, contact form, advertising trackers or application-set cookies. Vercel hosts the site and may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access times to deliver and secure it. Following a link to Etsy or HLNA Labs takes you to another website with its own privacy practices.

Contact

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide so we can respond. Please do not email passwords, API credentials or unnecessary buyer information.

Private Etsy integration

The operational dashboard runs locally and is not publicly accessible here. The current implementation requests owner-authorised read access to shop information, listings and sales. Etsy app registration and live authorisation are pending. Listing creation and publication after owner approval are intended future features, not currently enabled.

App credentials and OAuth tokens are held in local server memory for the session and are not stored in browser storage. Disconnecting locally clears the session; restarting the server clears all sessions. Etsy app access can also be revoked in Etsy account settings.

The current sales read retrieves up to the most recent 100 receipts. It reduces these to counts and totals by currency, without retaining or displaying buyer names, addresses or emails. Data retrieved from Etsy is not sent to an AI provider by the current integration. Local summaries remain in server memory until the session ends.

Changes and requests

We will update this notice before introducing a hosted dashboard, persistent store-data storage or additional processors. Contact hello@hlnalabs.com.au about this notice or to request removal of information you have supplied.
